• Perform various roles for Aptera: manufacturing engineer, process engineer, buyer, and industrial engineer.
• Create statement of work for capital equipment aquisitions of factory equipment for low volume and high volume production.

Contract Mechanical Engineer Drafter for D-O and pH sensors.

• Revised and redrew production drawings using SolidWorks.
• Coordinated with the Marketing Department to define technical requirements for new products and independently generate designs with the feedback and approval from the design team/SMEs.
• Created conceptual mechanical design models using 3D solid modeling and analytical simulations.

Planned and completed a 1-year interdisciplinary R/C airplane project.

• Worked and managed the mechatronics sub-team of 1 M.E., 1 C.S., and 2 E.E. students.

Three and a half year internship at a high-volume aircraft brake manufacturing facility which fabricated, densified, processed, machined, and assembled high-friction carbon composite brakes.
